Hello, weirdos! Welcome to an off the wall weird Wednesday. I don't have a movie review for you today, instead I thought I would talk about a couple of projects I have going on right now. Plus, I have been super busy all day and did not have something planned for today. So, we are rolling with the punches for today but that's life, right? Let's do this.
1) Arts and crafts: ok, so I have this really rad idea for a summer toy for horror fans and I am working on some prototypes. Are you ready for it? Horror themed water guns! I know it seems silly but I am having a blast putting together this idea. I have only finished base paintings for my guns, but you should know that they are fully functional. You can really play with them and they will be themed with your favorite horror movies. Maybe it's a lame idea but it's fun, so there ya go. I will post pics of them when they are completely done, so stay tuned!
2) Face Painting: I don't know if I've talked about what I do for work on here before but I am a cosmetologist. I am currently in the process of transferring my license over to my new state, but that's besides the point. In my free time I draw and make crafts (see horror water guns) and I have been learning how to face paint. Like the kind you see at the fair. Along with flowers and animals, I am teaching myself how to paint on your favorite horror characters. So, when I get real good I will let it be known to whoever is interested that I can face paint for your parties.
3) Finding my niche in a new town: like I've said before, I've moved to a new state and with this move comes the need to find my way in a new town. Fortunately, where I live is kind of a hub for movies so hopefully I will be able to apply all my talents (see above) to that and make some friends along the way. It's been a rough couple of weeks but it's all coming together the more I move forward. I just wanted to say that this blog is a good platform for me to talk about these interest with people who seem to have the same interest as I do and to thank my readers. There's not many of ya but I do appreciate the ones nonetheless. In fact, I was curious to know how many of y'all are steady readers (if any). If you are leave a comment of some sort, down below or on my social medias. I'm curious and don't really have a clear direction for this post.
That's all folks! I don't have much more to say other than stay spooky, stay tuned, and have a great week. I'll see ya on Friday.
